Facilities

The new amenity building has been arranged to provide additional top quality facilities for our customers. These include individual family rooms, some with shower, toilet and hand basin and others with bath, toilet and hand basin.

Our own tourist information room constantly received praise for the range and quality of the information displayed. A public telephone is also provided

The laundrette is fitted with individual drying cabinets, ideal for wet walking gear. Washing machines, tumble dryers and a spin dryer are also provided in addition to irons and ironing boards.

A cafe and shop are located right next to the park, whilst more extensive shopping facilities are located at Ulverston, Barrow, Kendal and Grange-over-sands.
